  Q. How soon will my order ship?
A. Typically, orders are shipped within 1-3 days. However, during peak holiday seasons, our backlog can sometimes be a little longer. If you need your item(s) by a particular date, please call or email us, and we'll expedite your order for you.
  Q. How long will it take for me to receive my package?
A. You can find out how long your order will take by checking the shipping chart.
  Q. What will my shipping costs be?
A. We offer free UPS Ground shipping in the continental United States. If you would like to upgrade your shipping service level, you can indicate that when you place your order. The paypal shopping cart will let you know exactly how much it costs to upgrade to the service level you requested.
  Q. Do the blazer buttons need special care?
A. Yes they do. Do not use metal polish or cleansers on your buttons. Just polish with a soft cloth. Ask your dry cleaner to cover the buttons with aluminum foil to protect them from abrasion during the cleaning process.
  Q. Do you offer any guarantee of the product quality?
A. Shoreline Engravers has a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. We will repair or replace any product that is defective. This also applies to the finish of electroplated products. Normal wear and tear of items, such as scratches, are not considered a manufacturing defect.
  Q. What’s the return policy?
A. If you need to return something that we sent to you in error, or if you received something damaged, simply send us an e-mail or call us toll free at (800)346-8687 to receive a Return Authorization Number. We cannot accept a return on an engraved item unless you received the item in error.
  Q. Will you sell my contact information?
A. Absolutely not! We hold your email address and other personal information in strict confidence. We share your information only to the extent required to fulfill your order (i.e. We share your address information with UPS or the US Postal Service so they can deliver your package).
  Q. Do you ship orders out of the country?
A. Yes. The rates for this would have to be assessed individually. If you send us an e-mail with your address, we’ll let you know what the shipping cost and time-in-transit would be.
  Q. Do you ship to military addresses?
A. Yes, we can ship to military addresses.
Q. How can I track my package?

A. When you place your order, you can request to receive a tracking number. When your order is shipped, we will send you an email giving you the tracking number. Then you can track your package through
  Q. I received my order, but there was something missing, or I received something different than I ordered. What do I do now?
A. Send us an e-mail or call (800)346-8687, and we’ll make it right.
  Q. Is your Shoreline transaction secure?
A. Yes, we use PayPal's secured shopping cart. "PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is NOT shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction".
  Q. Will my initials appear in black like the initials in the pictures?
A. No. Throughout this website, engraving has been blackened to enhance photography. The actual engraving will not be black in color.
